What they don\u2019t realize is that, no matter what patch they place on our failing system, it still doesn\u2019t address the ticking time bomb that will occur in our not-so-distant future. For even if benefits are reduced and taxes are raised, Medicare will be bankrupted in the next 7 \u2013 10 years or at least severely impaired.<\/p>\n      <p>What we propose is a system to replace the need for CMS (Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services) that will cover 100% of U.S. citizens and legal residents from the cradle to the grave.<\/p>\n      <p>In short, our proposed system will replace the need for Medicare, Medicaid and the Chip programs. And, under this proposal, those laid off or terminated from employment (like those laid off during our last pandemic) would still have coverage.<\/p>\n      <p>Please have a look at our Health Care Funding Proposal.
